Founded in 1893 by Dr. William J. Edwards, the Snow Hill Institute Alumni Association hosts this event, bringing together alumni, families, and supporters to celebrate culture while investing in the community's future.

The 1893 Initiative
Snow Hill Fest is part of The 1893 Initiative, named in honor of the Institute's founding year. This campaign is designed to provide sustainable, committed funding for the restoration and preservation of the Snow Hill Institute campus, including its two historic main buildings and surrounding grounds.
